Paypal wird zur Bank
Ab heute ist Paypal offiziell eine Bank und jeder, der dort einen Account hat, hat somit auch ein richtiges Bankkonto. Die Geschäfte werden nun via PayPal (Europe) S.Ã r.l. & Cie, S.C.A. aus Luxemburg geführt und wird vom Regulierer Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) überwacht.
